French Antique Coffee Bowls, Set of 2, Cafe au Lait Bowls Rust and Coffee Floral Motif
Two sets of 2 coffee bowls. One set has daffodils and one has roses. The stunning rust and brown floral design is set against a creamy base glaze. The body shape is a delicate traditional shape sure to bring a smile to your morning breakfast routine. Both sets are in extraordinary condition and could easily be joined to make a perfect set of 4 as they are the same style, color and maker marked "Demi Porcelaine Badonviller France".
These bowls are in beautiful antique condition. There are a few very shallow nibbles around the rims, some minor scuff marks and one small hair in the foot of one rose bowl that is a production flaw (not structurally significant). There is no discoloration. See photos for details.
